Please read this Policy carefully before cancelling your subscription.

1. How to Cancel Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the following methods:

  • Account Settings: Log in to your account, navigate to Settings > Subscription, and click "Cancel Subscription"
  • Email Request: Send a cancellation request to girishbhargava@synk-ai.com with your registered email and account details
  • Support Contact: Reach out to our support team through the contact page

We will process your cancellation request within 24-48 business hours.

2. Cancellation Timing and Billing

Before Renewal: To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your renewal date.

Mid-Cycle Cancellation: If you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle, your access will continue until the end of the current paid period. No partial refunds are provided.

Annual Plans: Annual subscriptions cancelled before the end of the term will not receive prorated refunds unless required by applicable law.

3. Effects of Cancellation

Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access to the platform until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made to your payment method
  • Your account will be downgraded to a limited access state after the billing period ends
  • Certain premium features will become unavailable
  • You may lose access to stored documents and case files (see Data Handling section)

4. Data Handling After Cancellation

Data Retention Period: Your data will be retained for 30 days after the end of your subscription to allow for reactivation or data export.

Data Export: You may request an export of your data before the retention period expires by contacting support.

Permanent Deletion: After the 30-day retention period, all case data, documents, and associated content will be permanently deleted from our systems.

Account Information: Basic account information may be retained for legal and compliance purposes as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

5. Reactivation

If you wish to reactivate your subscription:

  • Within 30 days: Your data and settings will be restored upon resubscription
  • After 30 days: You will need to set up your account from scratch as data will have been permanently deleted
  • Pricing: Reactivation will be subject to then-current pricing and terms
